She is carrying on their legacy’s excelling in the western pleasure all around events. She starts the day with wins in the showmanship, then strides out super cute for english pleasure (her long trot is on point!), goes on to lay down some solid EQ, HMS patterns, and Trail patterns, and closes the day in her strongest class western pleasure! Willow has spent the last couple of years owned and shown by a youth rider… her youth has since graduated high school and unfortunately has to take a step back from the horse bills to focus on her next phase of life as she transitions on to college/adult life. During their time together they found so much success in the show pen, and Willow is looking to continue that success with her next show partner! She is super easy to clip, she loads up on the trailer and hauls well with others or alone. She has been easy to have around the farm with her easy going personality, she does take a few hours to settle into new places but places she knows she settles in quick. She is currently barefoot for the winter time, for show season they would put standard front shoes on to protect from stone chips. She stands quietly in cross ties for grooming or tacking up. Her energy level is typically low, so no regular lunging needs with her. I would say her biggest fault is that she can be on the lazier side - so self carriage is something she can do, but easily falls back to resting on your legs if you let her. No Maintenance Required. No vices. No known history of unsoundness. She is also an easy keeper as she is on the standard food plan here (no regumate required!).
